The story03 / 06

From outbounds to only inbounds.

The struggle01

She was stuck in the creator loop.

Sophiabefore AHA

"I was literally posting just to post to the point where I ended up not posting because I did not have a clear direction."

She had a reach of 15K+, but the right eyes weren't on her content, and she was being offered underpriced retainers for 50+ lofi videos.

Where she started02

She wasn't standing on her rate.

  • She was averaging $2,500+ a month.
  • Her top brand deal was $600 for one video.
  • She was primarily sending outbounds, with little to no inbounds coming back.
The turning point03

She changed how she pitched, and Canva came in.

Sophiaduring AHA

"Now, primarily, I'm only getting inbound that I'm closing deals on."

In week 4 she landed a Canva collab for $1.8K, her largest rate ever, and later turned $1,100 for one video into $1,400.

Sophiaduring AHA

"Especially with me totally pivoting the way I go about my business deals, the stress has lowered and the money has increased."

What we did together04

We pivoted her brand toward paid partnerships.

  • A personal brand pivot toward paid ad partnerships and higher-value collabs.
  • A new portfolio, with new scripting and editing techniques.
  • How to position her value and negotiate strategically.
  • Dropping bulk retainers, so her average rate isn't diluted by videos that aren't worth her time.
  • Her monthly average went up to $4,500+, and she got her full investment back by week 5.

"Now, I feel like I have a portfolio that people can look at at a glance and be like, I want to work with her, which is priceless."

Sophia Morris
In her words06 / 06

In Sophia’s own words.

"My perspective on my business has completely changed and has been reignited."

Definitely one of my biggest struggles was personal branding. I think a lot of people can say this, but if you don't know, you don't know & I feel like this program really articulated how to go about it in the best way. Now I feel much more in tune with my own business and confident in the directions I can take it now that I know some basic frameworks to fall back on when needed. Another thing I struggled with was not standing on my rightfully earned rate. Now I feel like I've just earned the confidence to take me so far in that aspect. Beyond that, I stopped taking on bulk retainers that were not worth my time. Going into 2026, I'm officially going to drop all of them, even if it is simple work, because I want my average video rate to not be diluted by a bunch of meaningless videos. And overall, my perspective on my business has completely changed and has been reignited. Before, I felt like I just didn't know where to take it or what to even do with it. Now, I have a complete direction, and I know the path I'm going for the rest of this year. I'm honestly just so excited.
